Bryant Gladney Foundation
Honoring a Legacy. Investing in the Future of EMS.

The Bryant Gladney Foundation was established to honor the life and legacy of Assistant Chief Bryant Gladney, a respected paramedic, educator, and training leader who dedicated more than 25 years to shaping EMS professionals. Known for his passion for education and mentorship, Bryant helped grow and strengthen EMS training programs before his death in the line of duty. His commitment to excellence in patient care and lifelong learning now lives on through this foundation.
The foundationโs primary mission is to support the next generation of paramedics through scholarship funding and professional development opportunities. Each semester, scholarships are awarded to paramedic students who demonstrate dedication to community service and a commitment to advancing in emergency medicine. By helping offset the financial burden of paramedic education, the foundation removes barriers and creates opportunity for those pursuing careers in prehospital care.
Beyond tuition support, the Bryant Gladney Foundation also invests in continuing education and leadership development through events such as All-Star EMS Live and the All-Star EMS Conference. These programs provide accessible, high-quality education to EMS clinicians and foster collaboration across agencies and states.
Since its founding, the foundation has awarded tens of thousands of dollars in scholarship support and continues to expand its reach nationwide. Its impact is measured not only in dollars awarded, but in the providers now serving their communities with increased skill, confidence, and purpose.
